Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

At Zoey's Shop, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return, Replacement & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Return or Replacement

We offer a 3-day replacement/refund policy from the date of delivery only in the following situations:

  • The product received is damaged or broken.

  • The product received is different from what was ordered.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect upon arrival.

Mandatory Proof Requirement

To be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund request, customers must provide:

  1. Order ID.

  2. Clear photos of the product received.

  3. A complete, unedited unboxing video showing:

    • The sealed package before opening.

    • The shipping label.

    • The entire package opening process without cuts, pauses, or edits.

    • The damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may be rejected.

Reporting Time

  • Any issue must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

  • Requests made after 3 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns, replacements, or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Product no longer needed.

  • Incorrect order placed by the customer.

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Minor color or appearance variations caused by screen settings or lighting.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling by the customer.

  • Requests submitted without the required proof.

Replacement Process

  • Once the claim is verified, a replacement product may be shipped at no additional cost.

  • If a replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit at our discretion.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after verification and approval.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Order Cancellation

Prepaid Orders

Orders may be canceled before shipment. If the order has not yet been processed or dispatched, a full refund will be issued.

Shipped Orders

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Zoey's Shop reserves the right to restrict or refuse future COD orders from customers who repeatedly refuse delivery.

Our Right to Refuse Requests

Zoey's Shop reserves the right to reject any return, replacement, or refund request if:

  • The claim appears fraudulent.

  • Required proof is not provided.

  • The request does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
