A complete unedited video of the package opening (unboxing video) is mandatory as proof for any return or replacement request.

The entire unboxing process without cuts or edits.

The damaged, broken, or incorrect item received.

Return Requests Will Not Be Accepted If:

No unboxing video is provided.

The request is made after 3 days from delivery.

The product has been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.

The issue is based on personal preference after use.
After verification, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
